Photo Requirements for New AMCA Judging Entries 2025 Season
All First-time (NEW) motorcycle entries into the AMCA judging system, as of the opening of the 2025 judging season, must be pre-registered, with no exceptions. Each must submit six high-resolution electronic email photos of the motorcycle to be judged. These photos will be submitted before the posted closing of pre-registration (21-days) for the chosen judging event. These photos will be submitted to the Judging Board of Directors (JBoD) for disbursement to qualified Marque Specialists (MS), who will, in turn, evaluate the entry for possible scoring sheet deductions. These possible deductions will be recorded on an AMCA judging sheet and electronically forwarded to the Event Chief Judge (ECJ) and Chapter Deputy Judge (CDJ.) These forms, in hard copy, will also be included with the pre-registered judging forms of the motorcycle.
This MS evaluation is to be used as a judging guide by the field judges at the actual judging event. If a MS is available (onsite) for this NEW entry, this form will be considered a supplemental tool in the field judging process. The MS information is to be verified onsite by the judging team assigned to this motorcycle. Confirmed deductions will be entered on the event judging sheets. Unconfirmed deductions will be ignored or listed as a question mark(?). This form will be scanned and returned to AMCA records with the event judging forms. The MS(s) will be credited for being on the judging team when completing the event judging sheet.
Note: In the event of a possible disqualification (DQ) from AMCA judging the MS(s) will immediately notify the JBoD. The JBoD will review the “Pending” DQ and if this DQ is confirmed the JBoD will notify the entrant by phone call and email of the “Pending” status. “Pending” language, as stated in the AMCA judging guidelines, will then prevail.
Photos of the motorcycle should be taken in the upright (center stand) position, not on the side stand. The highest resolution possible is required. The following photos must be submitted:
1) Complete left side
2) Complete right side
3) Complete front
4) Complete rear
5) Top showing tanks, gauges, handlebars, etc.
6) Factory frame or neck data plate if applicable. If motorcycle is pre-data plate, use the factory motor VIN deck and stampings
