An Illustrated Harley-Davidson Technical History 1915-65

New Harley History book just out!

Dear All, my 18th and last book is now out, made by condensing the 6000 pages of the previous ones down to 175 by leaving out all the dealer announcements, sales brochures, and 450 Enthusiasts. It covers all models 1915-65 with an emphasis on the Big Twins. We concentrate on the flagship Big Twin models, but some details are also included for the 1919-23 Sport model, the 1926-34 singles, the 1929-73 side valve small twins, 1952-56 K models, the 1957 up Sportster and the 1948 onwards small two strokes. - Steve Slocombe

With punishing freight costs and new import taxes, I've had the book published in the US as a hardback by Amazon.com. This means I've been able to reduce the price to $65, so you have time to get your copy under the Christmas tree. European readers should soon find copies at W&W Cycles, with other countries and signed copies from vlheaven.com.There are 115 color pages, with original paint or accurately restored bikes shown for each year. Many AMCA members have contributed, so you may just find your picture credited on one of the pages. Many thanks to all.
