If you took the survey, thank you for your participation. We had over 10% of our members take the survey. That is huge for survey responses.
Several days into the survey, we realized the survey was not automatically set to anonymous like it was intended to be. We changed it to automatic anonymous. But then a member suggested offer an incentive for those willing to take the survey. So we took the suggestion and decided to have a drawing for those who did not chose the anonymous option.
Saturday, December 13th, during the AMCA Smoky Mountain Chapter Christmas Party, we held the drawing where 10 winners were drawn who will receive a One Year Extension on their membership and 1 winner who will receive a Three Year Extension.
All Respondents were automatically entered into the prize drawing by completing this online survey including those who took the survey prior to announcing the drawing.
For those who chose the Anonymous option are obviously not included in the drawing.

The process of the drawing: The results were downloaded from the survey to a spreadsheet. Each member who participated was listed on one line of the spreadsheet in the order they were received. We opened a Random Number Generator. Random numbers were generated and then matched to the corresponding row on the spreadsheet to determine each winner. At the end of the ten selections, we drew the final winner of the three year extension.
Congratulations to all the winners. An no, there were no Smoky Mountain chapter members amongst the winners. Winners included longtime members to new members and one all the way from Australia.
