SOLD OUT - All vendor spaces are sold and accounted for.
Note: You must be a current AMCA member to be a vendor. You can renew your membership or join on-line or contact AMCA Customer Service at (631) 870-3393.
All vendor spaces are indoors and are 10'x10' (100 sq. ft.) Price is $40 per spot and includes two armbands for the weekend. End cap spots inside entrance are $60 each (Spots A1, B1, C1, D1, E1, F1, G1 and H1.)
Electric is available for $15 per cord for weekend. See green dots on map for locations.
Banquet is Saturday night at 6:30 PM. Tickets available when you purchase your vendor spots.
AMCA Judging will take place at 1:00 PM Saturday.

Vendor spaces are limited to Six vendor spaces per member. No subletting. Due to indoor Fire Marshall laws, vendors are not allowed to teardown until after the close of the show on Saturday at 6:00 PM. For those attending the Banquet at 6:30pm, will be allowed in the building on Sunday from 7:00am to Noon to tear down.
Any motorcycle parked in the building must have less than 1/4 tank of fuel, batteries must be disconnected and leads taped. Drop cloths or drip pans required. No spraying wheels and tires inside the building.

50% refund 31-60 days prior to event.
No refunds 30-days or less prior to the event.
