Registration begins on January 2 at 8:00am Central Time.

100% refund if notified prior to 60-days prior the event.
50% refund 31-60 days prior to event.
No refunds 30-days or less prior to the event.

Included with registration is Event T-shirt, Lunch all three days, Banquet ticket, Special Gift, 40th Anniversary patch, decal, pin, Goodie bag. Banquet ticket for paid passenger.

T-shirts are all Unisex and range in sized from Small to Triple-X. If you require a 4-XL shirt, please select 3XL on the choice and send an email to the Event Contacts and let them know you would prefer a 4XL.
