The Sunshine Chapter reports that the Daytona Beach City Council this week voted 6-1 to go forward with Bikeweek, which also give comfort to knowing there will be no restrictions to interfere with the
Sunshine National Meet
Sunshine President, John Blood said the chapter board voted this week to go forward with the meet but will not have a banquet. The swap meet, field games and bike judging will go on as plan.
This year the Sunshine Chapter celebrates it's 50th Anniversary and will honoring the U.S. Navy. This years event extends to a 3-day event with vendor parking starting on Wednesday, and the Swap Meet open to the public on Thursday, March 4th through Saturday, March 6th. AMCA judging will still take place on Saturday starting at 9:00am.
